Shop Review: Bright salmon pink; typical of the fresh but
warm Provence style. Refined and complex on the nose, with summer fruit
and floral notes. Dry and crisp, with a delicate flavor and full texture.
Personal
Review: Smells fresh but rather
indistinguishable, maybe floral. Dry but
complex. I'm not a fan of dry but not
completely unpleasant. First taste I
wasn't exactly sure of, then mid palate of fruit but kind of watery, then dry,
then tart finish.
Food Paring: not tasted with food
